Skin type 4, treated with ResurFX 7 days ago. Still some redness and pigmentation with track marks. Will my skin heal?​ (Photo)

Got treated with resurfx with minimum intensity. I have been applying sunscreen and fusidic acid+ betamethasone. My swelling has reduced significantly. Still some redness and pigmentation with track marks so, on day 6 my doctor asked me to take prednisolone 40 mg and apply mometasone. My concern is will this pigmentation leave my skin? And if not, can it be treated? About a year ago I have been treated wth erbium glass laser (5 times), it didn't give me any pigmentation.

This is hyperpigmentation from the treatment.  This can happen in certain skin types but is not permanent and should resolve.  Make sure to wear sunscreen regularly and you can start a lightening agent such as hydroquinone to expedite healing.
