There is no way to tell since every individual is different. To correct soft tissue deficit, fillers are a good option but to correct a bony deficit, you need to consider facial implants which can provide predictable and permanent correction and projection.

Hi, I can't give you mm's of augmentation in the chin and jaw line using fillers versus implants however I have performed many using eacvh and feel that roughly 60% or so of the augmentation achieved with an implant can be achieved using Radiesse for the chin and jaw line.  Hope this helps.
