Question

i wanted to know is my 3.5 months results are okay bcoz i can see i am having a wierd bald patch where hairs have not grown as much hair in others transplanted areas..and i am little worried..bcoz this was my primarily area which i need to fill by transplant.. P.S i am taking minoxidil and done a prp session on my 3rd month follow up, also i will be planning to go for one more prp session on 6th month.

It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.PRP is not necessary after surgery.

After 3 months of the hair transplant operation you  can only get  20-30% of the total result. I would suggest you to wait more than 6 months to get a second operation.

You can't really draw any conclusions on results of a hair transplant 3 1/2 months after it's done.  Give it a good 8-12 months, then visit your surgeon to review preop photos and discuss results.  It is not unusual to see no growth with the naked eye 3 1/2 months after your procedure.

You have had shock loss of the native hair resulting from the hair transplant. It could have been prevented by taking the drug finasteride, but now you probably will need another transplant.
