Question

Hello So i had fue transplat in Turkey on 21/12/2017 mostly 24 days ago, I've lost almost 80% of my transplanted hair and i still feel pain in my recipient area and it hurt when i touch it (left side mainly, and i have a swollen lump and hurt so much when i touch it) i don't think that is normal

Swollen lumps are not normal after surgery. It is best to contact your doctor for a follow up examination.

At this point it is unusual to still have pain in the recipient area.What you describe might be folliculitis (infection)-this may require antibiotics or even drainage.I would follow up with your surgeon as soon as possible.

It is very difficult to comment anything without seeing the pictures. So, it will be better to show to the doctor who has done the surgery or anyone near your place so as to get a clear analysis of the problem..

Yes, its normal to lose some or all the transplanted hair during the 3 months after the hair surgery. It is not normal that pain and swollen after 24 days PO. I will suggest you to contact your surgeon for evaluation and treatment as soon you can. Good luck.

With swelling in the donor area after 4 weeks, I would worry about an infection and suggest that you see a doctor who understands the FUE that you had done
