Hi, I had a chin augmentation with fat transfer which was made originally to reduce chin cleft. The result was an augmentation in both vertical and profile projection and I m not happy with. What are my option to have it fully reversed. I have to have hope

Answer: Dr. Brian Bruggeman MD You can simply have the fat sucked back out of your chin. It should be able to look normal again!!!

Answer: Chin fat transfer results It’s more common for people having had that procedure to complain of a lack of results.The procedure cannot be reversed but fed can be removed with Liposuction know the area has a lot of connective tissue and the cannula will not differentiate between grafted fat and native fat. The procedure cannot be reversed but fed can be removed with Liposuction know the area has a lot of connective tissue and the cannula will not differentiate between grafted fat and native fat. A revision may or may not deliver the results you want or bring it back to baseline but it’s a worthwhile discussion to have with your provider. Mats Hagstrom,MD
