Excellent. This is THE procedure if you are wary of traditional liposuction. So easy. In and out in a few hours. I got great results. The doctor is kind and warm and so are the staff. I felt so well taken care of.

I knew I wanted to have bigger breast as do many women. However due to my bra roll bulge I was afraid I would still be too self conscious to wear any tank tops so I opted to get 2 procedures done at the same time. Before going in for implants and a mini lift I had liposuction of the bra roll area and also a newer procuder called body tite done at the same time of the same area. There was no anesthesia luckily which I did not want and I was able to drive my self home the same day. About two weeks later I went into a surgery center to have sientra 440 cc silicone high profile implants placed along with a mini lift in which bruggeman moved my entire areola about 2 cm higher. I was too nervous about scarring to do a traditional lift and I am very happy with the results. The result I think was quite a nice near full upper body transformation after everything was complete. Overall, I feel like bruggeman really listened to me about what I wanted instead of pressuring what he thought would look best and took time to explain all the options available. His bed side manner was also very reassuring and I felt very safe in his care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants to have something similar done.

The first meeting with Dr. Bruggeman and staff was very positive. I appreciated his "sortof" laid back attitude, as it made me more comfortable. My cousin was with me and we were both impressed by his professionalism, and how he answered questions with answers that we could understand. I felt very comfortable with booking my surgery. The staff at the surgi-center were wonderful. They helped me feel at ease and I really liked their professionalism and their personalism. After surgery tho' when I called to report having a rash and Dr. Bruggeman said we might have to change antibiotics, I told him that I was never given antibiotics. He then did call in a prescription and all was good. Don't know what the rash was caused by. All in all I definitely would and already have recommended Dr. Bruggeman.

He had the chrysalis software that takes pictures of your preop breasts and then shows you what you'll look like with many different options and sizes. It was spot on! I have been disappointed with my deflated chest for 10 years, since my second child was born. I have a "life size" butt and a mommy belly so the lacking check just caused more attention to my more round areas. Push-up bras work miracles and I was happy with the illusion in clothes. It was amazing while it healed and was swollen. Six months later it hadn't lifted but they were firmer and had greater density. Sometimes this works and sometimes not, but no big scars. On the bright side, I had a glimpse into surgical cosmetics. Coronavirus had me not working for a while and I thought that there couldn't be a better time for recovery! I'm a hairstylist and I was worried about going back to work too soon and causing long term damage. This was the perfect time. I was Dr. Bruggeman's fist case as the non essential surgeries opened up!My husband went with me to the pre-op appointment and I'm glad he did. I was prepared to ask for the lift and implants at 385cc's. Hubby asked about the pros and cons of doing the two procedures together and at different times. Dr Bruggeman said that there is a lot of pressure on the lift incisions while the implant is pushing against a the tight skin and muscle during the healing process. He suggested that we solve which ever problem I feel is most important first. After the first surgery heals, if I still feel the other surgery is necessary the second would heal faster and with less room for infection and complications. I picked implants. Then he told me me that what ever size I pick will look smaller in a year because of the healing process and the swelling going down. Basically, if I wanted a 385 end goal , I should choose a 400. But I chose 415cc's Mentor High Profile Extra to end at 400cc'sI'm soooo glad that I did! Once all my loose skin was filled out and under the muscle I felt sexy and proportionate. No lift needed. I had been fixated on my droop and sag. I thought I needed the lift. My healing time was 2 days of help up from lying down and some discomfort. The deferred pain in my back between my shoulder blades was the worst part. Everything else was totally doable with Tylenol. By day 3 I was mostly pain free but I was nervous to take my bandages off until day 4. I needed a shower! And the big reveal was very exciting! Hooray! Even my butt looked smaller, proportionately speaking. Week 4 everything seamed to normalize and all of my skin's nerves came back to life. I'm in week 5 and all of the swelling is gone. I feel normal. I even went swimming in a bikini for the first time in 13 yrs and didn't feel like boob job on display, just not distracted by self doubt . At 6 weeks and I will start working out again. I'm nervous , but happy to start to build muscle again. I'll go lightly at first. Thank you Dr. Bruggeman for suggesting one surgery at a time. I may not want the lift at all. I've always felt confident in clothes, it was just being naked that caused me to become self conscious. Now I don't worry at all, I can just be in the moment. Ahh. Finally. I should have done this years ago! If I do want to add the lift or anything else, I will definitely go back to Dr. Bruggeman. Even his lovely daughter Jill runs the office and is warm and welcoming. Lyda is the medical aesthetician and I can't wait for her to do my facial and derma blading. She's very knowledgeable! My motivation was after continuously losing my post pregnancy weight. I didn't get what i what i paid for nor what the surgeon and i had agreed to prior to surgery day. I paid for a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks and abdominal area. He did not do the liposuction or muscle repair as we had discussed. He was unprofessional and dishonest. Took my money with no interest in his profession in his plastic surgery career. This doctor showed more interest in getting paid then in his work or word.
