So I just got a tummy tuck & lipo to the flanks. I’m two weeks post op. I’m loving the results. I didn’t have enough fat for transfer to the hips. I don’t want lipo again. I already have a nice booty so I don’t feel like I need a full BBL. Is there another way for me to get hips without having to get lipo again? I don’t even know where they would get fat to begin with.

Answer: Fill the hips Hello, thanks for the question. Congrats on your successful surgery. Two weeks after your procedure is not time enough to think about going to the operating room again. If you don't have fat enough for a BBL, you could choose implants. By now, I recommend you to enjoy your results and forget about doing anything. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person exam. Good luck!

Answer: Filling in hip dips The time for a fat transfer would’ve been when you had the last procedure instead of throwing away the fat it could’ve been put in your hip dips. Fed can be found if patients are willing to have Liposuction of enough areas. Solid silicone implants are really the only option other than fat transfer and I personally would not recommend going that direction. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
