My side profile makes me extremely self-conscious, I hate my nose and how weak my chin is. My lips are also very thin. My face just looks very asymmetrical from the side but it's okay from the front. What are the suggestions?

Thanks for your question . It's normal to feel self-conscious about the way you look. A lot of people go for cosmetic surgery to improve their appearance and self-esteem. You have Surgical Alternatives:
-Rhinoplasty: This procedure can reshape your nose, addressing issues like size, shape, and the nasal tip. 
Chin implant: This can enhance a weak chin by adding volume or reshaping its structure.    
Lip Implant: To enhance volume, tiny implants composed of silicone or other biocompatible materials are placed into the lips.
Non-Surgical Choices:
-Dermal Fillers: These can be used to add volume to the lips, chin, and even the nose (non-surgical rhinoplasty). 
-Fat Grafting: To increase volume to the lips or face, fat is taken from another area of the body, commonly the thighs or belly, and injected there.

-Injections of neurotoxins: These may lessen the look of a downturned nose tip by momentarily relaxing certain muscles.

Hi,First, I don't think you have anything to be self conscious about at all. No one is born with the perfect profile and you have many great features. However, I do see a couple areas that can addressed to remove distraction and improve your overall appearance on profile. The nose and chin are out of balance making the nose look larger than it actually is. This is partially caused but some reduced chin projection and also by the nose being a bit short and over projected. This also leads to a long white upper lip reducing the size of the red lip. I would suggest a rhinoplasty in combination with chin augmentation first to balance the face, bring the nose down slightly for a more elegant appearance. This will help balance your profile and reduce the size of the thin part of the upper lip. We could consider lip augmentation several months later. However, if you’re unhappy with the appearance of your nose and chin, there are many treatments to boost your confidence. Your nose has a great shape, but rotating the nasal tip slightly downward can reduce its prominence. A chin implant may also balance out your features. Nonsurgical jaw contouring is another treatment that can add definition to your jawline. You may also want to consider lip augmentation with fillers in the future to volumize your lips. From the photos, your tip is a bit over rotated and it pulls out from the face. With a well performed rhinoplasty, the tip can be brought back to the face some and derotated some. That will give it a softer, natural look. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

In traditional Rhinoplasty, surgical instruments known as rasps and osteotomies (hammer and chisel) are used to reshape the nasal bones by removing the hump and/or narrowing the nasal bone width. These tools are relatively imprecise and their use can lead to contour irregularities, etc. if not used in the proper manner. Recently, a technology that uses sound waves has been developed to contour nasal bones in a precise and far less traumatic way when compared to traditional techniques. Ultrasonic, or Piezo, Rhinoplasty is now the most advanced technology available for minimally traumatic nasal bone reshaping and hump removal during Rhinoplasty. There will be hardly any bruising and swelling which will make the recovery period a lot easier for the patient.
