What type of nose is good for a round face and pronounce chin? Should I get also a fat buccal removed?

I think that you would be an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal. Your have very nice nasal anatomy that can be tweaked slightly to give you an elegant and more feminine appearing nose without changing everything about your nose. Make certain that whomever you see offers computer imaging. Bringing in photos of other noses you like is nice but the reality is that you should have the nose that looks best on your face, and that can be demonstrated effectively with computer imaging. Buccal fat removal in the proper patient is a wonderful way to help sculpt an otherwise wide and full face. You will absolutely not get facial wrinkles from this procedure.
