I'm thinking to get a rhinoplasty. I'm looking for a very natural look. My nose has always bothered me how it looks. I notice the tip is falling . However I don't know what type of nose will look good on my face. When I go to consultation they ask for example. But most of these model have very thin faces. I'm worry my nose will look to thin or small and will pronounced more my cheeks. Should I get also a fat buccal removed.
