Is there a way to fix my extremely narrow upper nose?

My upper nose is very sunken in ; low projected and narrow . I am holding a pen showing how narrow my bones are . Is there a way to thicken and add life to my nose ?

Thank you for your question. Based on your image, it does appear you would be a good candidate for some enhancement to the nose. However, you have treatment options here, and not all of them involve surgery. I often perform a liquid rhinoplasty on patients like you, which uses bits of well-placed dermal filler to contour the nose into a more aesthetically pleasing shape. Keep in mind that filler offers temporary results, so the treatment does have to be repeated every year or so to maintain your improvement. For a permanent solution, rhinoplasty may be your best bet. Make sure you work with a very experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon to ensure the best possible result.

Providing that widening is the only procedure you may need (very limited photos do not show your nose entirely), nose widening can be achieved with different techniques. Injection of filler may be best way to start and give you opportunity to see how you like it. More permanent solution should be fat grafting or better, fascia graft. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in rhinoplasty is recommended. Good luck.
