As per your pictures and post i would like to add that asymmetry is normal among us not everyone has their left and right side the exact same. However, a mini facelift can improve and help you get a lifted appearance for your sagging jaw area but surgical trying to achieve asymmetry is not possible.

Asymmetry of the face is a natural common occurrence especially as we age and other factors that come into place such as what side of our face that we sleep on the most. In your case I think finding a good injector for filler may be the solution you are looking for. A face lift is not the appropriate procedure at this stage. Find someone you can trust and works with all different types of fillers.

What is most obvious on your photos, is deficiency in cheek areas. Augmentation (asymmetric, more right) with fillers, fat grafting or cheek implants, would create significant change. Same applies to other areas of (smaller) asymmetry. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in these procedures, is recommended. Good luck.

Facial asymmetry is quite common and your is no more severe than average. Trying to fix asymmetry is so difficult it’s not even worth doing. You will subject yourself to all kinds of treatments including surgical and probably injectables only to later realize you should have left it alone.

It is normal to have a slight degree of asymmetry and this does not warrant surgery. In fact, a perfectly symmetric face looks artificial like a doll. You may want to try some facial fillers but not in the area you have marked with the arrow, This area of the face is too mobile and fillers won't look natural nor last in this area. However if you were to have the area just under your lower eyelids injected deeply near the bone this will offer some support to your cheeks and take some slack out of the skin in the hollow areas. The hyalauronic acid fillers are temporary and also can be dissolved if you don't like the result. I have treated patients with a similar complaint with one to two cc of Voluma with good results.
