I always had the asymmetric face but now the skin is becoming more sagging and when I laugh it shows the folds for both sides and the right side is worse . I also have a very deep hallow in the right side (I have done dumple long ago ) plus the bone assymtry is causing the hallow and the sagging skin .I would love to elevate the right and lifer jaw and or check side of my face .the right more

Asymmetry of the face is a natural common occurrence especially as we age and other factors that come into place such as what side of our face that we sleep on the most. In your case I think finding a good injector for filler may be the solution you are looking for. A face lift is not the appropriate procedure at this stage. Find someone you can trust and works with all different types of fillers.
