Breast implants been like this since day 1, what is the problem? (Photos)

Unfortunately, you have not provided before photographs. However, it appears you underwent a crescent incision as well as implant placement. It may be that your surgeon was attempting to correct volume and position asymmetries. At this time, you still have position asymmetry of the nipple-areola complex. You will need a revision of the skin envelope as well as the pocket itself. As others have stated, you will probably need the implants removed, pockets expanded and made symmetrical and implants replaced.

They were definitely wrong in the beginning and continue to be wrong up to the present day- I just never understand why a surgeon would leave the O.R. with you looking like that knowing it wasn't going to fix itself. The revision cannot be done under local- your implants need to be removed, pockets fixed, and implants put back in, which requires real anesthesia.

It appears you had some sort of crescent lift to the areolae. One implant was not placed low enough and this should be a pretty simple revision as long as you are not heavily encapsulated.

One implant is a little raised on the bottom area. You may have a capsule that is holding it up. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and trying ultrasound treatments with Accolate first. If it does not resolve, you may need a revision.

Hello and thanks for your question. It seems that you have capsule contracture on your left breast. It is one of the common complications after the breast implant operation. The best treatment that I can suggest is renewing your implant and have capsule removal procedure together since the capsule on your left breast should be removed.
