I had a bbl two years ago with aggressive lipo. I have some fibrosis on my stomach and back . Do you think I should get another round of lipo to remove it? Also does my bbl look too big for my size?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

thanks for contacting us! checking the pictures I can see that you not have enough fat to make your but bigger than that, and another liposuction can produce more fibrosis around your stomach.

If liposuction created problems for you then having more liposuction is most likely going to make your situation worse.

The term fibrosis is not some type of condition that happens to some people.  it is the combination of overly aggressive Liposuction(often done in an uneven manner) with the natural formation of scar tissue.  The more aggressive the liposuction procedure is the more scar tissue forms and the less fat there is to balance or hold the scar tissue.

Removing even more fat leaves to patient with almost no subcutaneous fat and more scar tissue making the condition some call “fibrosis” worse.

There may be room for improvement with a secondary procedure but simply wanting to remove fibrosis with more liposuction is an incorrect approach.

Follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with Liposuction and fat transfer procedures.
