I’m a female 5’5 174. I had a bbl over 6 months ago but I’m disappointed that my right butt cheek after an ultrasound found heterogeneous area of subcutaneous fat. This may reflect lipoma contusion or area of fat necrosis. No drainable. I’m extremely uncomfortable, can not wear lose clothes as that area hangs and feels heavy. Still waiting to hear back of my options. Do I need an expert for these types of situations? What are my options? Can it be fixed? Need help and advise, please
