Buttock dents can occur naturally or can be a result of surgery.The only treatment is to try to cut the septa causing the dents and filling the area with fat.Samir Shureih MD. FACSsshureih@msn.com

Sometimes dents could be visble aftet a fat transfer, the should be fading away with some time.
