I will not even offer the surgery unless I can get 600 cc per buttock. My average transfer is about 1250 cc of fat per buttock but have gone as high 2000 cc per buttock.I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this

a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of
Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

300cc is very very little, especially if you asked for a big butt. Sounds like you needed a number closer to 1200cc per side. At your height and weight, I can't imagine that the donor fat was limited. Was this a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in BBLs? I perform 6-8 BBLs per week and routinely place 1200-1500cc per side. I think that I placed 300cc once .....and it was hundreds of BBLs ago. You should seek another opinion and you will probably want/need a revision.

Buttock augmentation depends upon the amount of fat reserves there are and the goals of the patient. It is always best to see where you started and where you are now.
