Is Incision Pain 3 Weeks After a Breast Augmentation Normal? -25 Days Postop High Profile 300cc Saline Implants? (photo)

my left breast incision has pain & can sting/burn @ times. My surgeon said it was probably the nerve regenerating. when I push myself up to a sitting position in bed, or reach for something, it can throb for hours. surgical glue was used & I had little strips over the incisions until last week. But, it feels like a small piece of plastic thread sticks out from the left one. comparing it to my right one, I raised my breast a bit to see, the right incision pulled open some. Is this normal?!

I would recommend new lower profile implants silicone placed under the muscle. This should get you more cleavage. Your breast cleavage pre op appears to be 2-3 cm which is not bad.

The key word in your post is "saggy."  You did not include a photo so let's go by that description.  Implants alone will add volume to your breasts but they will not lift them.  That requires a breast lift procedure. If you are saggy and you put implants under your chest muscle...

Good question, elective cosmetic cases have a 1% chance of a complication in general and about 5% of women will want a size change  Hope that helps and good luck

I agree with your PS. This has the potential to stay soft so I would aggressively massage the breast with your PS approval. If it gets hard again, you will need capsule surgery to fix this. You should have a good prognosis since the other breast is soft.

This size is a very common.  However, you need to look at your breast base width to make sure that it fit naturally.  Your plastic surgeon will help you.  This will probably a good implant for a c-cup.
