Should I Have Went Under the Muscle? How Do I Get Better Cleavage?

I am 5'8 and got 450cc silicone placed over the muscle. I am very skinny on top with very little breast tissue. My goal was to feel proportionate, especially since I workout a lot, but I am second guessing if I should have went under the muscle bc you can see my rib cage and I don't like my cleavage. It's so hard to push my breasts together, and when they are, you can see the rippling like in the photo. Is this normal for my body? Or should I have went under the muscle, or larger implant?
