Should I get a non surgical rhinoplasty or a surgical rhinoplasty for my nose? (Photos)

How to improve my nose? I want it to be less flat, and I want my alar base/overall nose to be less wide. I also want my nose bridge to be upturned and my nose to be more ‘feminine’

We have seen temporary gel fillers last two years or longer and some peoples noses. To your point, sometimes temporary fillers can lead to permanent scar tissue and a permanent result. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
