Is 2 implants in one breast or butt possible?

I have now 1050cc breast implant and 500cc butt implant the sizes to small now m doctor recommend me to do 2 buttimplants of 500cc in one buttcheek and 2 breast implants in one breast so he sure the sizes will fit. He said customized implants the sizes will maybe to big or not possible to make in turkey. So he told me to do 2 implants of 1050 cc in one breast and 2 implants of 500cc in one butt cheek. Is this more risky? And risk of complications? Is this even possible?
