Why do my breasts look like this nearly 1 year post op? (Photos)

Question

I have constant aches which I was told is normal and they seem to change shape weekly almost. Why does the side profile look so saggy, they're also pretty asymmetrical and look so unflattering laying down. I haven't gained or lost more than about 4 Kg since the surgery

Your photos and information do not provide enough information for an accurate assessment. As you are unhappy with your outcome, it would be appropriate to begin with a visit to your surgeon. He or she can examine you and either assure you that it will improve with time, or provide options for further invasive or non invasive treatment.

You have large implants for your frame and your own breast tissue is sagging down from the implants. You need a lift.

First, we need better photos now with an unrestricted straight on frontal view, then 3/4 turn side views from each side.
The last photo shows that your implant in higher and your breast tissue and skin has fallen over the breast implant (waterfall effect -yours do not fit the Snoopy effect).

Dear Misskovag,
You have a bit of a "waterfall deformity."  This means one of two things.  Either your breast implants have not fully descended yet, or you needed a breast lift with your breast augmentation.  Return to your surgeon for a discussion of which of those is the case and how to correct it.  Good luck!

Augmentations simply magnify the breasts you already have, they don't make new ones. So, the minor droop you have was probably already there.
