I have constant aches which I was told is normal and they seem to change shape weekly almost. Why does the side profile look so saggy, they're also pretty asymmetrical and look so unflattering laying down. I haven't gained or lost more than about 4 Kg since the surgery

You are too large to be "perky", but you can have another lift and be raised some. Your areolae will not go back down in size, but can be made smaller with the lift.
