Hi everyone, I got a breast augmentation in November 2021. I had some issues with one of the implants as one of the wounds started opening. I had a revision surgery for that side in January 2022. I am now a bit over 1 year post surgery, but my breast still look uneven. I am not sure if one of the implants is bottoming out or if I have an early capsular contracture on the other implant. The breast that appears firmer is the one I had issues with, and I also feel like the capsule was not released.

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to assess your problem without examining you in person. It may be that you need to have some pocket revision to gain more symmetry. The best thing to do is to check with your plastic surgeon.
