Answer: Augmentation without a lift Thank you for your question and photo. However, your photo is very limited to the nipple position. Breast augmentation is limited by your anatomy i.e., the width of the breast and distance between the breast and nipple position. Breast augmentation will give you the desired fullness you seek, but the location of the nipple may not be in a desirable position of the breast. Another consideration to keep in mind is the fact you mention you are prone to keloids. A lift will give you more incisions, which will leave scars unknowingly for keloids. This will need to be discussed with your plastic surgeon, fullness vs scarring. I hope this helps.
