What type of implants should I get to improve the size without a lift? (Photo)

Unfortunately, without the right pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. But after analyzing that only picture you shared, it's not possible to get a great result without a lift, since your skin is sagging a little bit.Anyways, l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thank you for your question and photo. However, your photo is very limited to the nipple position. Breast augmentation is limited by your anatomy i.e., the width of the breast and distance between the breast and nipple position. Breast augmentation will give you the desired fullness you seek, but the location of the nipple may not be in a desirable position of the breast. Another consideration to keep in mind is the fact you mention you are prone to keloids. A lift will give you more incisions, which will leave scars unknowingly for keloids. This will need to be discussed with your plastic surgeon, fullness vs scarring. I hope this helps.
