I had my first consultation today and Dr mentioned that due to me not having enough tissue and my breast where to apart my wish pic was not realistic. And suggested Xtra high profile 550 ccs was probably my best bet . I am planning on getting a second opinion but I wanted to hear some thoughts. I’ll attach my wish pic

Answer: Xtra High Profile 550cc good for me? Hello and thank you for the question. An in-person consultation is needed to give you a useful advice and I would suggest that you discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Many factors including patient's desired breast size, skin envelope (both quality and quantity) and breast width diameter among others are important in selecting the implant size. Choosing the right implant should be a shared decision between you and your plastic surgeon. In a typical consultation, you try a variety of in-bra sizers and in combination with several other measurements that your surgeon will do, the final implant volume is selected.Use of 'goal pictures' is also an effective way to communicate your goals with your plastic surgeon. It's important to have realistic expectations and it's good that you are trying to understand your final result to the best you can. Keep in mind that your final result, to a large extent, is determined by your native anatomy and your existing breast shape. Factors involved in creating a desired cleavage include patient's anatomy and existing cleavage, careful pocket dissection and implant selection by your surgeon. Your wide cleavage will persist to some extent after breast augmentation. My best advice to you is to see a board-certified plastic surgeon. Ask to see lots and lots of before and after pictures. Answer: Xtra High Profile 550cc good for me Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. 550cc implants are large based on your frame but the best decision can only be made after knowing key breast parameters and assessing the laxity of your breast tissues. Your breasts are wider set but also realize that with bras and other undergarments you will be able to adjust the appearance of your breasts after surgery. Hope this helps.
