Can I get a BBL if I had one treatment of Sculptra?

Every doctor will have a different comfort level for doing procedures that are a little out of the ordinary and your situation would require an in-person consultation to determine if you would be an appropriate candidate, but in general, I am comfortable with performing fat grafting on patients who have had previous Sculptra injections, as long as the injections were performed approximately 12 months prior and there is no evidence of complications from the injections such as granulomas, lumps, firm areas, etc.  Best of luck!

Doctors vary in their policies. I would absolutely not perform a BBL after silicone injection. But I would perform a BBL after Sculptra if the injections were at least 6-9 months ago and there are no problems associated with the Sculptra. I would suggest that you consult with a Board Certified PS with lots of experience performing BBL surgery.
