It's best to begin by consulting with a surgeon in-person to discuss your options. During your initial examination, your #chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. Thank you for your question about a double chin.  There are several different procedures that would be beneficial to you.  The surgical option would be chin liposuction.  This would use suction to remove the fat.  The second and nonsurgical option would be Kybella.   Kybella is the first and only FDA-approved injectable treatment that physically destroys fat cells to improve the appearance of moderate to severe fat beneath the chin – also known as submental fullness or “double chin.” Once destroyed, those cells can no longer store or accumulate fat.
