In your particular case it would be impossible to be specific without a physical examination. If there is not a surplus of loose skin a modified cervicoplasty could be performed through an incision under the chin. This would address any asymmetries created by the platysma muscle and allow inspection for fat deep to the platysma. If there is any asymmetric distribution of subcutaneous fat this would be done at the same time.

Thanks for sharing.  It appear there is some contour irregularity from you procedure. I feel you lipo was uneven and that a platysmaplasty was likely needed at your age.  Typically I will perform lipo with a platysmaplasty in patients in their early 30's or older to get optimal results.  To correct this, additional liposuction with platysmaplasty and possible neck lift (skin excision behind ears) would be needed and should look great.  Consult a few board certified experts.

I can understand your concerns based on your photos. There are several options. You can ask the surgeon to perform further liposuction to improve the contour of the skin.... it appears that some areas have more fullness than others. Kybella can be injected in the areas where there is residual fat. Lastly, if you have lax skin, a platysmaplasty and necklift should create a nice smooth appearance to your skin and also provide a youthful well contoured jawline.
