I had lipo under my chin 1.5 years ago. From the outset, the uneven contour appeared and I mentioned it to my Dr at each follow up appt to which he replied we should give it more time. From the side view, the lipo was helpful in reducing my chin. However, in a frontal view, there is an obvious, unattractive, and aging look of indentation - see photos smiling and neutral face. Dr did suggest I may need a future neck lift - I am 42. What can be done?
