However, unless you are having eye discomfort, I do not think that you need surgical revision for this.  Yes the lower eyelids covered the eyes better before surgery.  However, that does not mean you need expensive and complicate reconstructive surgery.  It is said that fillers can push the lower eyelids up and it is true but you need to find someone who really knows what they are doing.

Aside from surgery, filler can also be injected into the right lower eyelid to push it up. Sometimes the filler can make the right lower eyelid look more puffy though and may make the asymmetry worse. There are also more minimally invasive surgical options especially if you are having dryness or discomfort in that eye. I would recommend consulting with an oculoplastic surgeon about the different options.
