I’ve noticed that my right eye is more open than my left one. I looked at some older pictures and didn’t seem to have it then. Any way I can fix it without surgery?

Lower eyelid ectropion or retraction repair should NOT make the eyes smaller with proper canthoplasty technique. Most of the work should be on the lower eyelids themselves rather than the canthus.
Hard palate graft or any other internal eyelid spacer graft is not the main determining factor in surgery success for lower eyelid retraction repair. The actual lift of the lower eyelid is critical.
