About lower eyelid retraction surgery , when using the full skin graft from the back of the ear, how much the recovery time after the procedure? And is the skin will be same colour after healing? Are there any obvious scars?

Swelling after your eyelid surgery one month after surgery can be typical, especially with a graft. It can take 3-6 months for final healing. If you are having pain and redness with swelling, however, you should notify your surgeon for the risk of infection. Good luck.

If you are not seeing any improvement since the eyelid surgery then you may have eyelid retraction. If things are still continuing to improve or change then I would wait until you are stable. Thyroid eye/orbital surgery is often a staged process after decompression...
