Need photography to tell accurately what is going on. In general, it takes 3 months for eyelid healing, especially if spacer graft (ear cartilage) is placed. You can email me directly with photos if you want, so I can better help you. If no spacer graft was placed, healing would have been faster.

It is likely eyelid retraction as swelling doesn't persist this long after surgery but best to see an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation. See following link too.
