What is this spot in my lip? Does it have anything to do with fillers? (photos)

I have a small spot under my top lip. I assume it had a small white head on it and i popped it last night and blood came out. I have had juvaderm lip fillers at the beginning of january so im not sure if it has something to do with that or if its just a harmless spot.

It would be unusual for new symptoms to develop a few months after treatment.  If the area does not heal fully or worsens, visit with your PCP for an evaluation.
