2 weeks post Juvederm Ultra 3 touch up in my top lip. It's uneven and droopy. Thoughts or advice? (photos)

If you are still unhappy with your appearance in two weeks, I would schedule a follow-up with your injector. It is possible you might like your result better if you remove a bit of the filler from the lower lip, which appears to be a bit overfilled. Always work with an experienced, qualified injector to ensure the most natural, beautiful results.

I agree that you need to give it a bit more time before deciding if you want to dissolve any of the filler. I would return to your doctor in two weeks for a follow-up assessment. If you are still unhappy with the results of your procedure at this time, you can use hyaluronidase to dissolve filler and restore your original look. At that point, I would encourage you to see a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who is also an expert injector for a full assessment and personalized treatment plan. Good luck to you!

The lower lip looks like it has a little too much filler.  I recommend giving it a couple of weeks to see if any more swelling will resolve.  If not you may want to consider dissolving some of it with hyaluronidase.

My recommendation is exploring newer better products.  I personally stopped injecting Juvederm Ulta a few years ago. I find I have much better consistent results with Restylane and Versa. Wait another week or so and consider hyaluronidase to take out some of the material and start with a clean plate.  Good luck from Boston.

Thanks for the question and photos.Your lower lip looks a bit over injected and there are a few lumps seen in the upper lip.  I agree with waiting a few weeks before adding or subtracting material (using a hyaluronidase injection).  I personally feel a little reduction in the lower lip size and if needed, some in the overfilled areas of the upper lip.Best of luck.Dr T

Looks like your lower lip has been overfilled a bit. You can give it another week for the swelling to come down and if there's no improvement, ask your injector to place a small amount of hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler. Good luck from New York City
