Had 1ml of Juvederm injected into lips (mostly bottom lip) using a cannula. Experienced significant swelling and stiffness for over a week. Doctor injected hyaluronidase into area where filler was too close to surface. However, I still cannot fully purse my lips without discomfort. I can feel areas of hardness when I awkwardly attempt to purse lips to distribute lipstick. Is a difference in texture/range of motion normal? Will I have to wait until the filler dissolves to feel "normal" again?

You don't have to have the definition of your upper lip area as a result of fillers. It is due to the technique used by your injector. Discuss your treatment goals including what you want as well as what you don't want prior to your next injection.
It does not appear that you have an infection at the injection site. However, it is not typical to have a burning sensation 3 days after treatment. I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation.
Vomiting is not a symptom that is associated with fillers. It is likely a coincidence that you had an episode of vomiting after your treatment. Other countries may have different standards than the US for their products and practices, so it is hard to comment on this without knowing more.
