Hello Nicole95888,You are still relatively early in your recovery process. It is very likely that you are still swollen. The best way is to keep icing on and off whenever you feel swollen. Rhinoplasty surgery has a very long recovery process. It truly takes the dorsal part of your nose to heal and for the swelling to go down. The tip takes the longest to heal because it has the thickest skin. It takes at least 1 year for the tip to fully heal. The tip will also drop 1-3mm as it heals. Be patient and give it time! Good luck, Dr. Deepak Dugar ScarlessNose Institute of Beverly Hills
Dear nicole95888,Thanks for the question. Final result will take 12 months so it’s possible that you have some swelling. It’s better to consult your doctor to figure out level of swelling. I wish you all the best.
Thank you for your question. You should continue to see improvement as you get closer to the 12 month post op mark. Please continue to follow the recovery instructions provided by your board certified facial plastic surgeon.Best wishes,
About 80% of the swelling is gone at 12 weeks post-op. It takes another 9 months for the remaining 20% of swelling to go away, but the changes will be extremely subtle at from here on out. The tip will likely not drop much at this point. Hope this helps.

Dear abigailgarnicaThanks for the question. It’s not easy to comment based solely on one photo but it’s possible to restore the symmetry of your nose and front view. Probably it will be 2 hours surgery under general anesthesia and basic recovery time will be 10-14 days. I wish you all the best.
