Is coughing 3 weeks after a septorhinoplasty a cause for concern?

I got a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and sinus surgery all in one and I’ve been coughing and sneezing ever since then. Should I call my doctor or is this normal?

I would recommend waiting about a month after rhinoplasty before getting fillers to the cheeks and jaw.  This possibly could be done even sooner, but it would really just depend on how fast any swelling is resolving after the surgery.
