One side of my nose looks caved/has flat spot in the middle what caused this? Breathing difficulties 6 months post-op. (Photos)

I am 6 months post op open septorhinoplasty. Lots of issues ,can feel bone sticking out one side and there’s a lump on the other but in the lower 3rd , there is a flat spot in the middle of my nose it dips in. I can feel a slight gap between the bones. My nose was much thinner previously , now wider but with breathing problems. I have to pull my cheek slightly to let a good flow of air through my nostrils. Any ideas what this could be?
