Question

I am 6 months post op open septorhinoplasty. Lots of issues ,can feel bone sticking out one side and there’s a lump on the other but in the lower 3rd , there is a flat spot in the middle of my nose it dips in. I can feel a slight gap between the bones. My nose was much thinner previously , now wider but with breathing problems. I have to pull my cheek slightly to let a good flow of air through my nostrils. Any ideas what this could be?

Thanks for your inquiry and photos.  You still have swelling, swelling after a rhinoplasty can last up to 1 year which can make things look distorted and asymmetrical.  I would make sure you keep your post -operative appointments with your surgeon to ensure things are healing correctly and without complications and to address these concerns you have.
