Dear Totallyanna, Thanks for the question. It’s not easy to comment based solely on one photo. So far I see a tip plasty help us to refine your lower nose. Probably it will be an hour surgery under general anesthesia and basic recovery time will be 7 days. I wish you all the best.
The photo you submitted gives only limited information. Based only on that photo I really don’t see anything wrong with your nostrils.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on yourphotograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon canaccomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in yourlower nose. Makesure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patientswho have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computeranimation system. The most important aspect is to find asurgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with aqualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and shape. You can bring the pictures that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. It takes special interest and study to understand the facial aesthetics to create a nose that is harmonious with your other features. Take the time to find the right facial plastic surgeon and ask them to create digital images of the nose they propose for you and discuss the cost.Hope this helps.
It is difficult to evaluate your nose in just one picture where your head is slanted and the lighting is not standardized. No, your nose is not weird ! It does appear from this one photo however that the lower half of your nose is more prominent than the upper half of your nose. Good news is that all of this can be enhanced if you desire. I recommend that you set up a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns and options. I wish you the best, Dr. Ardeshirpour
No, your nostrils appear very normal. They should best be left well enough alone. A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish making other changes to the nose such as refining the bridge line and nasal tip
Dear Totallyanna, I do not see anything necessarily wrong with your nostrils. Rhinoplasty surgery could address aspects of your nose to provide a nice balance to your facial aesthetics. Seek some consultations with expert surgeons and have imaging performed to show you the changes rhinoplasty could provide for you. If you like the possibilities then you can make an informed decision. Review the surgeons before and after photographs of noses similar to your own to ensure expertise and natural looking results. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
It's difficult to provide an accurate assessment based solely on one photograph, however it appears that your nasal tip and base are out of proportion to the upper half of your nose. Your photo suggests that it is slightly long as well.Meet with several plastic surgeons in your area to be evaluated and receive recommendations. Always review photos of other patients before selecting your surgeon.Best wishes,Jon A Perlman MD FACS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, ASAPS, ASPS Extreme Makeover Surgeon, ABC TV Best of Los Angeles Award 2015, 2016 Beverly Hills, Ca

I think you should get in touch with your doctor as we normally do not get such complaints after 3 weeks following the surgeries.
