Hello,Thank you for your question. Assuming you have had no complications from your hysterectomy procedure generally speaking there should be no contraindications to getting Botox neurotoxin or lip fillers. If your concern is the anesthetics that were used during surgery, then I would say that after 3.5 weeks you should have no complications between the products that are used in Botox /Lip fillers and the general anesthetics used during the surgery. I would however discuss these in more detail with your provider as everyone's individual case can be different.Wishing you the best :-)
