I recently got juvederm on my laughlines around my nose and on my lip I am getting a hydra facial in a week will it lessen the effect of juvederm or make it go away faster?

Answer: Will getting a hydrafacial a week after juvederm make the juvederm dissolve faster? The HydraFacial is an excellent no downtime treatment that can treat a variety of skin issues, including acne. No. It would be very unusual to have a HydraFacial treatment harm or cause the early "dissolving" of Juvederm, even if the HydraFacial was performed the next day and especially a week before a HydraFacial. Additionally, we commonly perform Juvederm injections immediately after a HydraFacial with no issues. I hope this helps.

Answer: Hydrafacial after Juvederm Hi Meli. The facial should not affect the Juvederm. We are most concerned about this situation when the facial is very close to the injections (within 1-3 days after) as if there is messaging associated with the facial, it can disrupt the shape of or move the injection product. If you have been injected for more than a week you should be ok. To be safe, avoid heavy facial message (not sure what the hydrafacial involves).

The reason is the force or pressure on you skin could affect the placement of the filler in the areas received. The integration of your filler into the skin and soft tissues of the face is quick and after a few days any and all of these treatments can be performed safely and comfortably.
