Hi doctor. I had FUE hair transplant 5 days back. In my recipient area scabs (blood clot) are appeared. But some some of the blood clot not having hair which were extracted from donar area, however remaining blood clots having hair. Please reply whether this is due to hair shedding or hair transplant goes wrong. Also my medication is finished but I am facing some pain and uncomfortness.

Answer: If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "blood" you should contact your doctor.
Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon complaints; however, your donor density must have been very low to get such a depletion on so few grafts. The only solution for this is Scalp Micropigmentation. I did write a paper on this very problem, see below

The redness and numbness will persist for much longer. Generally the redness will remain for a minimum of 3 months. You can use a water based concealer such as lycogel - this comes in various different shades...
Please consult with your surgeon and ask him about the post op instructions again. We expect that in between 10-12 days all scabs should have fallen off. They will not damaging for now your new hairs but as soon as possible you should get rid of the scabs.
