Answer: FUE thick crusts 6 days post op Thank you for your question. The grafted hair will grow nicely for first 10-14 days then 50-75% of the hair will shed temporarily The small crusts around the micrographs will fall off naturally at around 10-14 days. You can wash your hair daily and gently with a mild shampoo. Try not to remove the crusts and allow them to fall off naturally. Just looking at your photos it appears that your healing normally. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: FUE thick crusts 6 days post op these crusts will not be a problem damaging the new hairs. But scubs would be cleaned at end of second weeks. All scabs should be cleaned with pressured (not gentle) massage to transplant area after 2 weeks.Dont forget that you may wash your head with normal pressure after second weeks of surgery and if you need you can use a soapy wet towel for massage the scubby area. That works very well to remove scubs

Answer: Scab Removal You need to see your doctor or at least call them about how you should be washing your hair- by now they should definitely not be looking that bad. Usually all the scabs etc. should be off within 7-10 days, occasionally up to 14. After a few days you should be gently rubbing your scalp with shampoo + conditioner, which should be loosening the crusts you have stuck to your head.
