We have had great success in camouflaging the edges of a nasal bridge graft with micro droplet Silikon 1000 injections, a permanent soft tissue filler with a long track record of precision permanence and safety in the nose. Depending on your examination, adding a bit of volume to your left upper bridge would likely lead to a straighter nasal appearance. Hello and thank you for your question. Rib dorsal onlay grafts have a high complication rate of malposition with time. In this situation, I will remove it and replace it with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia,. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
