2 months post op. Looking back at old photos when it was healing the implant was already misplaced too far right I believe. I used my own rib for my bridge and he also did my tip. What's the best way to fix this? Is the nose tip supposed to look droopy? Surgeon offered to fix it for free but I need to advice. Please and thank you
