My prescription has been stable for 2 years now, except my OS went from -5.50 to -5.75. I really want to get LASIK because I have to wear safety goggles when I work and wearing glasses really hurts at the end of the day. I've heard that 0.25 is barely noticeable, but would a LASIK surgeon perform the operation on someone that has went from -5.50 to -5.75? I've been wearing the same glasses for two years.

It is probably ok to get the lash extensions 1 week after Lasik, but I recommend that you wait about a month. No sense in irritating things at this early healing phase.
Most surgeons would think that 1 week is too early to judge. Most do heal faster depending on many issues including whether they had tried plain contact induced monovision before. There are lots of points your surgeon will be considering but be sure to discuss your concerns with them.
Bad way to qualify a doctor because answers aren’t verifiable and it depends on if you accept challenging cases. My rate is about 5% which is very good because with LASEK I treat up to -18. More accurately it’s about 1% per diopter preop Rx (3% for -3 Rx)
