I had lasik operation 21 days before. I was having itching sentation in eye. So I used mobile flash light and pointed to my eye directly for 15 to 20 seconds, to see if there is something in my eye. Do direct exposure to flash light for in my eye can damage after lasik?

The flashlight shouldn't really have any impact on the Lasik surgery. Very strong light can sometimes affect the retina called solar retinopathy but this doesn't sound like its compatible with the mechanism you have described. You would need an extremely strong light over a longer period.

It is unlikely that a flashlight can change the results of the LASIK procedure or cause damage to the retina. However, if you are concerned about the exposure from the light, I would get a dilated eye exam so the doctor can examine your retina.
