Avoid Juvederm. Experience doing this procedure wit the correct filler product is key so that you do not get bumps nor brusing or other problems known associated with this procedure and have amazing natural results.
Hello,Thank you for your question and picture. Juvederm would not be the best filler for under the eyes. It has a very slight blueish tint to the product, that can sometimes be noticeable through the thin skin. It does appear that you would be a good candidate for filler under the eye. You may consider Restylane, or Restylane Silk. The Silk is ideal, however it can swell for a few days. A typical amount to start with is 1cc per eye (or one syringe per eye). Please make sure to consult with a local physician to determine the best course of action. Good luck!
A combination approach will give the most improvement. These fillers (belotero, volbella, restylane silk) are good for under the eyes with lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer
Filler injection can help but juvederm is not the best filler. See following video. Another option is lower blepharoplasty. See following website link. Each has its pros and cons.
Dear lefty123,a dermal filler might be helpful in you case, but it is really hard to tell based on only one photo (low quality photo). I would recommend you to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Also, without the examination it is hard to tell how much cc you will need.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
Filler is a good option for under your eyes. There are several choices for fillers. Fillers are a sort term solution and need to be repeated. The most common filler is Juviderm. This lasts approximately 9 months. The eyelid cheek junction is the area that needs to be treated. Voluma is the next generation from Juviderm. This is the best filler for the cheek area because it restores volume. The best treatment for this area is fat transfer. This is a permanent solution with long term results and will fill the area very well. It is performed under local anesthesia with minimal downtime. You will need at least 2 or 3 syringes of filler and this is costly and not long term. Fat transfer is long term and a more natural enhancement than fillers. I have great results with fat transfer and you should look into this procedure.
Thank you for your question lefty123. Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid filler designed to enhance theappearance of the face. It is difficult to make an assessment with this photograph as the lighting is poor. However I prefer a softer filler such as Volbella or Restylane in the tear trough. My patients usually start with a single syringe, a conservative amount. Results are assessed 2 weeks later once swelling has subsided. At that point more product can be added if further enhancement is desired. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
Thank you for your question and for submitting your photo. It's difficult to make exact recommendations without assessing you in-person. That said, based on your photo, you do appear to be a good candidate for filler injections under your eyes and in your tear troughs. I would strongly recommend against using Juvederm Ultra or Ultra Plus in this area. These products are prone to absorb water with time, and can cause delayed swelling under the eyes, sometimes months or even years after treatment. To be honest, I wouldn't trust any injector who recommends Juvederm in this area. There are a variety of products, including Restylane and Vollure, that would be much better choices here. The tear troughs are a particularly complex area to treat - I would recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist to discuss your concerns. Best of luck!
thank you for the question, but the photograph you've submitted is not of very good quality, therefore it is a little difficult to give you an absolutely correct answer. I believe you have what is called a lower eyelid bag which needs to be addressed surgically, as far as the rest of your cheek and lower lid, it should not be injected with hyaluronic acid fillers but instead receive a small amount of your own far which will give you a permanent correction. See a reputable plastic surgeon in your area.Good luck from New York City
Any filler in the eyelid proper is not recommended as it is associated with contour irregularities as well as a blue hue, called the Tindel effect. These undesirable results can last for several years. I would recommend Radiesse for your nasojugal grooves.
Hello atd26 Fist of all your lips have a nice ratio and fullness to them. There are suttle unevenness which might bother you. My suggestions is using a fine filer to sculpt your lips to diminish the lines and make them more even. You don't need much and would obtain a very satisfactory...
Kind of a random question. Anything is possible but not necessarily a good idea. Unless you have thin lips, and are looking for a massive transformation, please stick with 1.
Thank you for your question hmowens0127. I understand your concern. Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid filler designed to enhance the appearance of the face. It is difficult to make an assessment without before photographs. However, fillers such as Juvederm can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the ...
