Thank you for your question ZIIISH. I understand your concern. Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid filler designed to enhance the
appearance of the face. It is difficult to make an assessment without before photographs. However lumps and swelling are normal for 2 weeks after a treatment. For my patients I massage the product immediately after the treatment to decrease lumps. Patience is important. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!

It appears that some of your Juvederm is located superficially.  Fortunately hyaluronic acid fillers are very easy to work with even after injection.  There is an enzyme that can be injected in order to dissolve the superficially located filler and remove the bump that it has caused.  I would advise you to contact the injector for  a follow up appointment.

Thank you for your question and for submitting your photos.  It's difficult to make an exact diagnosis without assessing you in-person, however, based on your photos, it appears that some of your Juvederm may have been injected too superficially.  When filler is placed too superficially, it can result in a visible, firm, whitish bubble on the surface of the lips.  I would recommend following-up with your injector to discuss your concerns - you may need hyaluronidase to dissolve the improperly placed product.  Best of luck!  

I believe your Juvederm was placed too superficially and the result is a raised bubble.   This can be removed with hyaluronidase injections.  Give it another week and then if still present see your plastic surgeon.    My Best,  Dr Commons
