I have some laxity showing in the stomach and some in the legs, I've been considering Thermage or EndyMed or Forma by Inmode. What is the best?
Answer: Saggy or loose skin in younger age group Procedures for saggy skin are numerous. Certainly Thermage has the advantage of long term utilization by physicians around the world for use on the face, body and eye area. (It excels in tightening eyelid skin) Skin tightening is most effective in the younger age groups, simply because your body still has the collagen machine running well. Thermage "bulk heats" tissue to cause both collagen tightening and new collagen production without downtime or recovery. All skin tightening procedures take a number of months to show final results as the process of new firmer collagen production occurs over time. Attention too needs to be given to the effects of diet, sun exposure and skin care and product use. A healthier diet means healthier and firmer skin. Refraining from sun exposure reduces the breakdown of collagen from UVA and keeping the skin moisturized is a big help as well.

Answer: Skin Tightening Technologies Comparison Hello,Thermage FLX is currently the most effective system in the world for skin tightening and rejuvenation, using monopolar radiofrequency technology to raise the subdermal temperature to 80°C while safeguarding the skin's surface with a cool tip. It's a single-session procedure with long-lasting effects that do not cause marks or bleeding on the skin, allowing for uninterrupted daily life. Its impact is notably potent, and the specialized vibration in the tip ensures a comfortable procedure without pain. EndyMed Scarlet X, employing a fractional bipolar radiofrequency technique, stimulates natural repair mechanisms by creating controlled damage on the skin's surface with its needles. However, the effects of bipolar radiofrequency are never as strong as monopolar radiofrequency and do not penetrate deep tissues. Consequently, the impact of EndyMed Scarlet X remains more superficial compared to Thermage FLX. It may cause bleeding, redness, and swelling, negatively affecting social life, and its effects are short-lived, lasting only 12 months. As it involves needle-induced skin damage, the discomfort is significantly higher than with Thermage FLX. Due to its lesser and shorter-lasting effects, EndyMed Scarlet X is not considered a top choice for non-surgical facelift treatments. However, due to its cost-effectiveness compared to Thermage FLX, it can be used for skincare procedures like delivering serums to the skin's surface. Inmode BodyTite is the preferred choice for comprehensive body shaping obtained through less invasive surgical procedures. Morpheus 8 applies radiofrequency energy to the skin's surface while distributing radiofrequency energy using specialized BodyTite cannulas designed for the body, making a million shots per second in the treated area. Despite the high frequency, continuous monitoring of body temperature ensures its safety, allowing maximum radiofrequency energy without thermal damage or injury risks. From examining your photos, I find that Inmode BodyTite would be very suitable for you. I believe the results will make you very happy as you have excess fat and laxity. Devices that only tighten the skin won't satisfy you. Inmode BodyTite targets fat excesses and tightens the skin simultaneously. It's a single-session, comfortable procedure, and I am confident you'll be very pleased. I recommend it with confidence.

Answer: Better option for skin tightening To get the best result, I would probably recommend ThermiTight for you. Like Thermage, it uses radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin. However, ThermiTight features tiny probes passed under the skin to the loose connective tissue that can deliver the RF energy deeper for more dramatic, long-lasting results. ThermiTight can be performed with local anesthesia and downtime is usually minimal. This treatment should only be performed by an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure it is both safe and successful.
