I have some laxity showing in the stomach and some in the legs, I've been considering Thermage or EndyMed or Forma by Inmode. What is the best?

Procedures for saggy skin are numerous. Certainly Thermage has the advantage of long term utilization by physicians around the world for use on the face, body and eye area. (It excels in tightening eyelid skin)

Skin tightening is most effective in the younger age groups, simply because your body still has the collagen machine running well. Thermage "bulk heats" tissue to cause both collagen tightening and new collagen production without downtime or recovery. All skin tightening procedures take a number of months to show final results as the process of new firmer collagen production occurs over time.

Attention too needs to be given to the effects of diet, sun exposure and skin care and product use. A healthier diet means healthier and firmer skin. Refraining from sun exposure reduces the breakdown of collagen from UVA and keeping the skin moisturized is a big help as well.

To get the best result, I would probably recommend ThermiTight for you. Like Thermage, it uses radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin. However, ThermiTight features tiny probes passed under the skin to the loose connective tissue that can deliver the RF energy deeper for more dramatic, long-lasting results. ThermiTight can be performed with local anesthesia and downtime is usually minimal. This treatment should only be performed by an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure it is both safe and successful.

the question you are asking is tough, most need surgeyr if they want a big change.
weekly to bimonthly RF tratments, combined with every 2-3 months thermage, 2-3 morpheus, and bimonthly trusculpt flex is what you would need. solo therapy will do very little.

As we age the skin sags there is  nothing  you can do that but try preventative  energy-based or thread-based  treatments or get a neck/facelift earlier in the aging process.  There are numerous options and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes but you need a consultation with an expert.
 
Options include for skin tightening :
1. thermage radiofrequency to heat skin and tighten it over time and prevent the aging process
2. ultherapy highintensity ultrasound to contract muscle and tighten the face and neck and prevent the aging process
3. PDO nova threads or instalift threads for immediate lifting without surgery and long term collagen production
4. sculptra injections for collagen production to areas of the face and neck with crepe skin or early sagging
5. btl exilis ultra, venus legacy, thermi250 , or inmode forma/contoura  for constant collagen stimulation monthly with facials
6. facelift/necklift with fat grafting/fillers if you need a big improvement
7. ThermiRF or J plasma /Renuvion or Inmode FaceTite   internal heating and tightening to long term internal heating and tighting with or without surgery
8. Platysmaplasty to tighten the muscles of the neck long term and create contour
9. Facial implants or fillers to contour the jawline and chin to improve the apperance of the nec k
