I have very mild cheek festoons such as the ones shown in the photo (please note that this is not me). I have recently lost about 6kg and they seem slightly more pronounced. Will Thermage possibly help improve the appearance of these? I am also interested in fat transfer to correct the area (dermal fillers do not appeal to me).
