Will Thermage help with very slight cheek festoons? (photo)

I have very mild cheek festoons such as the ones shown in the photo (please note that this is not me). I have recently lost about 6kg and they seem slightly more pronounced. Will Thermage possibly help improve the appearance of these? I am also interested in fat transfer to correct the area (dermal fillers do not appeal to me).

Fat transfer can be used to enhance results further, although the outcome can be less predictable than dermal fillers. Thermage is a great procedure to non surgically lift the face. It works by stimulating collagen production which will result on improving the appearance of your skin.  Many times to have even better results we combine RF with dermal fillers.Assessment is very important so make sure you see a board certified dermatologist.
