Hello, I'm 23 years old and have extremely thin skin under my eyes with visible veins. I want to know if Thermage is a good treatment is to thicken my skin and increase collagen? P.S I have done botox at my crows feet as my lines were really long and visible before:(

While Thermage is a very good treatment option for tightening the skin of the face, it is not the only one. RF microneedling is often a preferred choice underneath the eyes, where it can stimulate collagen production to smooth and thicken skin from the inside out. Firstly, due to your age of 23, I wouldn't recommend Thermage or Ulthera for you. You're very young. Your eyes are beautiful, and there doesn't seem to be an issue with your collagen levels.

Hello. I think Thermage is wonderful procedure overall for the face when you start to see a general decline in thickness and droop in the face. For most patients this is in the mid-30s.  I don't love the results of Thermage under the eyes but it certainly can be helpful. You can also do some PRP under the eyes to build the collgen, and consider some light C02 laser resurfacing. The deeper wavelength of C02 will also stimulate collagen and tighten the overall skin. The lighter level will prevent the skin from getting thinner.
