My facelift was 8 months ago. Have lingering pain in my head, feels like a vice. My right ear area is the problem. I'm dizzy all day. Have tingling in my hands and feet. Vision is blurry. I have episodes of a "roaring" sound in my head. Have severe memory problems that come and go, and misplace and lose things. I've seen an ENT. but he does not address the incision above the rt -ear.

While the pain near your ear may or may not be related (occasionally a nerve to the ear can be injured causing pain), none of the other symptoms are likely related. They sound significantly impairing so I would recommend seeing your general physician initially. He/she may then refer you to a specialist if necessary (neurologist, etc). Good luck!

Hello Charlieboy326,A face lift really should have no ability to cause the symptoms you are having.  Dizziness can mean a lot of different things. It can be a blood pressure issue, an inner ear issue, blood sugar problems, and even joint problems.  The fact that you have the tingling and blurry vision would make me thing more of a neurological issue such as diabetes.  The roaring sound may be related to a different inner ear problem that your ENT would address.  All of these would not be related to a face lift.  As far as the pain, that could be related to the face lift.  It is not common as most incisional pain resolves very soon after the surgery.  If you are concerned about pain around a previous incision, you should follow up with your surgeon.  Otherwise, I would recommend you continue to see your ENT, consider an ophthalmology consult for the blurry vision, and a neurology consult for the numbness and tingling.  I hope this helps and good luck.
